Class Types

Power Yoga

An active and athletic, western style of Yoga. This class focuses on strength and conditioning.

Gentle Yoga

This Oceanfront class is ideal for first time students and individuals recovering from injuries. This is the perfect class to get you back into practicing Yoga.*

Buddhi Yoga

Energetic yoga techniques and advanced body movements fuse with explosive music. While moving in rhythms that physically strengthen muscles, a kinetic energy simultaneously evolves and brings one to their fullest potential.

Yin Yoga With Crystal Bowls

A slow and deep practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This practice is combined with crystal singing bowls to enhance relaxation and meditation. 

Kundalini Vinyasa

This class focuses on warming up the spine moving through asanas, dynamic breathing techniques and meditation.

Restorative Meditation

Excellent for beginner's and those wanting to meditate. A relaxing style intended to be healing and nurturing for the body and to relieve stress.

Jazz Dance Class

This class instructs dance performance technique. Begins with stretching and ends with learning choreography.

Hatha Yoga

This class improves flexibility and brings balance. It goes through the classic salutations and postures connecting breath and movement. 

Mixed Levels

Bring the whole family, all levels welcome. Modifications available for any posture.
